Mentoring programs

RMIT has a number of career mentoring programs that allows experienced industry professionals to be paired with individual students or student cohorts to enhance employability and leadership skills.

The aim of career mentoring is to:

  • provide career guidance, support and encouragement
  • build links between students and industry professionals
  • enable students to gain first hand insight into employment in specific industry sectors or job roles
  • assist students to develop a vision for the future and help them achieve their education and career goals
