Explore your spirituality
RMIT welcomes students of any faith or no faith. Whether you are Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Jewish or atheist, our multi-faith chaplains offer confidential spiritual advice and someone to talk to in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
We have a friendly team of multi-faith chaplains who offer:
- personal and spiritual guidance
- regular relaxation and meditation sessions at all campuses
- lectures and classes exploring a range of subjects from a theological viewpoint
- religious services and other activities to mark significant world events
Our facilities
All RMIT students have access to the following facilities:
- the Spiritual Centre—located on the City campus, this beautiful and serene part of the Old Melbourne Gaol building houses our services, workshops and activities
- prayer rooms—for staff and students of all faiths at the City, Brunswick and Bundoora campuses. For Muslims, the City and Bundoora prayer rooms offer ablution facilities
