Classification of HDR theses/projects procedure

1. Initial two examiners

The Research Committee delegates consideration of recommended classifications from examiners of theses/projects to the SGR Advisory Board which then:

a) determines a classification for the thesis/project, or
b) seeks further advice.

The various combinations of examiners’ recommendations will normally be acted on as follows:
