Semester 2 2013 intake (for programs starting in July 2013)

If your program requires* you to complete a supplementary form or pre-selection kit as part of your direct application, please choose from:

If you want to submit more supporting documents with your direct application, please make sure you also include a signed Submission of supporting documents cover sheet (direct applicants only).

Direct applications and VTAC applications will open from Open Day on 11 August 2013.

All of the supplementary forms and pre-selection kits for Semester 1 2014 applications will be published and available from this page on Open Day.
