SAMS

  • SAMS access form (DOC 92 KB)
    Note: Check with your line manager to determine the appropriate form for completion. This form must be completed to:
    • Obtain access for a new user
    • Change access temporarily due to acting in authority during a staff absence
    • Change access for an existing user, due to change of position within RMIT
    • Remove access.
  • iExplore access request form (DOC 69 KB)
    This form must be completed to:
    • Obtain access for a new user
    • Change access temporarily due to acting in authority during a staff absence
    • Change access for an existing user, due to change of position within RMIT
    • Remove access.

SAP

  • SAP access form (DOC 75 KB)
    This form must be completed to:
    • Obtain access for a new user
    • Change access temporarily due to acting in authority during a staff absence
    • Change access for an existing user due to change of role
    • Remove access due to change of role, or departure from the University.

Software compliance

Used by staff when requesting software purchase, installation and license renewals on either RMIT owned/leased computers. Please send completed forms to software@rmit.edu.au .

Telephony and voicemail

  • Telephony service form (DOC 88 KB)
    RMIT staff members can apply for any number of telephone services that have been approved by local management. These services include new handsets; telephone extension services, STD/IDD access, voicemail. After submitting the telephone service request, please allow five working days for processing. To create or join a pickup group, please contact the IT Service Desk and advise of the numbers needing to be in the pickup group.
