Draft controlled entities procedure
The draft version of the controlled entities procedure is now closed for comment.
In 2009, Council approved the policy on governance of controlled entities, endorsed by the Nominations and Governance Committee. It was proposed at that time that procedures be developed to support this policy, which are now attached for consultation. The purpose of this procedure is to support the Controlled Entities Policy and in particular, to enable controlled entities to conduct their operations in accordance with the Controlled Entities Policy and provide a framework for the establishment, operation, review and termination of controlled entities. For ease of reference, a copy of the Controlled Entities Policy to which this procedure refers, can be accessed.
