New lawn on the City Campus

Project overview

The former Casey Plaza lecture theatre and foyer, located on Level 4 of RMIT’s Building 10 on the City campus, has recently been demolished and replaced by a temporary campus lawn, which is another recreation space for the University community.

  • Movable and modular seating cubes
  • Fixed timber bench seating along the perimeter
  • Re-use of existing planter boxes
  • A mixture of ramps and steps to allow safe access to the raised landscape area
