Davidson – Success of the stimulus package

Professor Sinclair Davidson, RMIT Melbourne is interviewed about the success of the stimulus package. He states that the Government could have easily put together a confidence enhancing package that would have had the same effect as blowing $42 billion. He discusses other incentives that could have been used to encourage businesses to keep staff. He says the Government should be looking very seriously at cutting payroll taxes.
